Practice Manager

Practice Manager II Seeking a Practice Manager II for our practice to provide leadership expertise and ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct day‑to‑day functions of the clinic to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Manage staff performance: supervise, coach/counsel front office and clinical staff; interview, hire, and train new staff. Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients; collaborate with leaders or partners to problem‑solve and process‑improve. Develop practice budget, including profit and loss responsibility of the physician practice and budgeting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or equivalent (or appropriate experience). 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
