H2 Health is seeking a Full-Time Floater Physical Therapist (PT) to support our outpatient rehabilitation teams throughout the Roanoke, Virginia market.

In this role, you'll work with a variety of outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while gaining exposure to different clinic environments, treatment approaches, and rehabilitation programs. Your Role

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions across multiple outpatient clinic locations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and improving quality of life.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions and hands-on care.
• Adapt seamlessly to different clinic environments while maintaining exceptional patient experiences.
• Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using company-supported technology.
• Support clinic operations and patient access needs throughout the market.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Ability and willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations within the market.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and clinical decision-making skills.
