Business Development Recruiter / Executive Recruiter (Full Desk)

Pittsburgh, PA (Downtown | Onsite Preferred)

$50,000-$55,000 Base Salary + Up to $15,000 Annual Performance Bonus + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Do

This is a true 360/full-desk recruiting role , where you'll be responsible for both client development and executive recruiting.

Your responsibilities will include:

\n
• Developing new client relationships through business development and networking
\n
• Managing and growing existing client accounts
\n
• Recruiting and placing senior-level professionals across Finance, Human Resources, and Operations
\n
• Conducting intake meetings with clients to understand hiring needs
\n
• Sourcing, interviewing, and presenting high-quality candidates
\n
• Managing executive search assignments from business development through placement
\n
• Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
\n
• Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and PCR Recruiter to drive business and identify talent
\n
• Collaborating with leadership on recruiting strategy and business growth
\n

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven success in third-party (agency) recruiting
\n
• Experience managing a full desk, including both recruiting and business development
\n
• Demonstrated success developing new business and managing client relationships
\n
• Strong executive presence and consultative communication skills
\n
• A track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting and/or revenue goals
\n
• The desire to grow into a leadership position within the organization
\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
\n
