Job Title Safety Systems Analyst – Construction & Transit Safety Job Description We are looking for a proactive Safety Systems Analyst to monitor safety KPIs and maintain regulatory compliance for OSHA, FTA, and ISO 45001. You’ll support transit and construction teams by identifying risks, analyzing incidents, and implementing corrective actions. Key Responsibilities Track and analyze safety incidents, near misses, and leading indicators. Support root cause analysis and develop improvement plans. Ensure compliance with federal and state safety regulations (OSHA, FTA). Utilize ESS (Enterprise Safety Systems) platforms for safety tracking. Develop and deliver training content and toolbox talks. Prepare incident reports and safety audit findings. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience 5+ years in construction or transit safety roles. Hands‑on experience with public sector safety initiatives. Skills Root cause and incident analysis Familiarity with safety dashboards and KPIs OSHA recordkeeping and reporting Communication and training delivery ESS platform or safety management software use Certifications (Preferred) Certified Safety Professional (CSP) OSHA 30, 510, or 511 training certification ISO 45001 implementation experience preferred If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the environment and have the skills to drive sustainable solutions, we invite you to apply to join our team at AZH Consulting!
