This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

• Average Weekly Gross $1,586.54 Per Week

• Bonus Plan $5,000

• CPM $0.70 - $0.72 Per Mile

• Detention Pay $15 Per Hour

• Drop/Hook Pay $20Per Drop

• Holiday Pay $200 Per Day

• New Hire Training $250 Per Day

• Off-Account Work $325 - $365 Per Day

• Safety Training $20 Per Hour
