Instructional Faculty – Temporary/Lecturer 1 Locations Central California Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo Campus Categories Appointment Type: Temporary Job Search Category/Discipline: Faculty – Architecture Time Basis: Part Time Workplace Type (Exclude Inst Fac): On‑site (work in person at business location) Responsibilities Teach lower‑ and upper‑division design studios and support courses. Landscape representation, hand and digital graphics including 2‑ and 3‑dimensional graphics, CAD drafting, and/or GIS software. Landscape architecture construction, including site engineering, construction document preparation, and implementation strategies. Environmental systems, landscape performance, and landscape ecology. Professional practice, social equity design, design for climate change. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field. Experience fulfilling a special need in the department considered with an undergraduate degree from various disciplines. Preferred Qualifications Teaching and/or professional practice experience. Teaching experience (valuable but not required).
