We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive execution across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC). This is not a coordination role. This is an ownership role.ResponsibilitiesOwn DeliveryDrive end-to-end Data Center Delivery execution across data center buildsOwn schedule, scope, and cross-functional alignmentEnsure seamless execution from design to commissioningControl the ScheduleBuild and manage integrated EPC schedulesDrive critical path execution and recovery plansLead weekly execution reviews with contractors and internal teamsConnect the DotsAlign engineering, supply chain, construction, and commissioningEliminate gaps between design intent and field executionResolve technical interfaces (power, cooling, controls, network)Drive ProcurementTrack long-lead equipmentEnsure procurement stays ahead of constructionMitigate supply chain risks earlyOwn Field ExecutionWork directly with general contractors and tradesResolve RFIs and field issuesEnsure execution matches design and scheduleDeliver RFSCoordinate commissioning across systemsDrive readiness for Ready for Service (RFS)Ensure sites are operationalManage RiskIdentify risks early and drive mitigationMaintain visibility into issues and blockersStep in and solve problemsCommunicate ClearlyProvide concise updates to leadership (build dashboards)Escalate with solutions and trade-offsSkills & Qualifications8-15+ years in data center or mission-critical infrastructure deliveryExperience in EPC or owner-side deliveryStrong understanding of electrical and mechanical systemsProven ability to deliver on aggressive schedulesComfortable operating in ambiguityStrong field presence and technical depthWhy Join CerebrasPeople who are serious about software make their own hardware.
