What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations with focus, urgency, and awareness
• Ensure every guest receives an exceptional, consistent experience
• Support and develop managers and team members at all levels
• Hold the team accountable to standards, while building them up
• Be highly visible on the floor, leading, coaching, and supporting in real time
• Execute systems, processes, and training with precision
• Drive performance in sales, labor, food cost, and profitability
• Manage schedules and staffing to align with business needs
• Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and effectively
• Oversee cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant condition
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor standards

Responsibilities (Core Execution)

• Ensure all policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed
• Train, coach, and develop team members and leaders
• Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing to meet financial goals
• Monitor food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction
• Handle cash controls, deposits, and financial reporting accurately
• Address guest concerns and operational issues proactively
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and facility standards
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control processes
• Complete reports, schedules, and administrative tasks on time
• Enforce accountability through performance management and feedback
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team development initiatives
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements

What You Bring

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager or higher preferred)
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financials
• Experience in team development, coaching, and accountability
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor service
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work 50–55 hours per week

Annual Base Salary Range $56,000-$63,000
