Location: Onsite, Plano, TX preferred remote may be considered if architect has the ability to travel to Plano, TX

Navixus is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of modern cloud contact center solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise delivering Amazon Connect deployments and leading migrations from platforms such as NICE CXone or Genesys (Cloud or Engage).

You will serve as a trusted advisor, owning end-to-end architecture while translating business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions. You will architect complex, enterprise level contact center solutions and be the subject matter expert across business and technology stakeholders. Define architectures and best practices for client engagements. Guide development teams and review solution implementations. Guide clients through technical and operational decisions.

Qualifications for Success:

• 8 or more years working as a CCaaS Solution Architect, Technical Architect or Technical Lead
• 3 or more years experience with Amazon Connect
• Hands-on enterprise implementation experience with Amazon Connect (multiple deployments preferred).
• Experience migrating from CXone (preferred), Genesys Cloud, or other CCaaS platforms.
• Experience with contact center concepts (IVR, ACD, routing, CTI, WFM, reporting).
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
• Experience with integration patterns (REST APIs, event-driven architecture).

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional).
• Experience with AI/automation (Amazon Lex, chatbots, voice bots).
• Experience with analytics and reporting platforms for contact centers.

The pay range for this role is $165,000 - $195,000 per annum. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience and location of the candidate.
