Float Phlebotomist - PRN/Per Diem

PhlebotomistLabcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 1310 116th Ave NE in Bellevue, WA.Work Schedule: This is a Casual/Per Diem position; hours will be "as needed" and the start and end times will vary.Job Responsibilities:Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerProcess billing information and collect payments when requiredPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisMaintain patient and specimen information logsProvide superior customer service to all patientsAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to additional sites when needed, Reliable transportation requiredMinimum Qualifications:Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P)Preferred Qualifications:6 or more months of experience as a phlebotomistAdditional Job Standards:In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirementValid Driver's License and good driving recordBe at least 21 years oldAble to pass a standardized color blindness testFlexibility to work overtime as neededExceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionAt Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
