Job Description Farmers Insurance – Iowa (District 30) is seeking a motivated and outgoing Client Engagement Specialist to help drive agency growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and new business development. This role blends sales, marketing, and client relationship management. You will engage prospective and existing clients, identify coverage opportunities, support licensed agents in closing new business, and help strengthen long-term retention.
