Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Technician to support hospital supply chain operations, with a focus on the 2-Bin Inventory Management Program . The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare supply chain, inventory management, and medical supply replenishment. Experience supporting Perioperative Services, Operating Rooms (OR), or Surgical Centers is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of supply chain or inventory management experience .
• Healthcare supply chain experience is required .
• Perioperative, Operating Room (OR), Surgical Center, or procedural area experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with inventory receiving, tagging, cycle counts, and replenishment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP , TrackCore , and QSight .
• Knowledge of healthcare inventory systems and materials management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the hospital's 2-Bin Inventory Management Program .
• Assist the Team Lead with project implementation, inventory setup, and daily operations.
• Build, organize, and maintain supply carts and inventory hardware.
• Stock medical supplies according to established 2-bin inventory guidelines.
• Label bins, carts, and storage locations accurately to ensure inventory traceability.
• Perform receiving, tagging, replenishment, and cycle count activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Transport supply carts and medical supplies throughout the hospital as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical departments and supply chain leadership to ensure product availability.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and support continuous process improvements.
• Follow all hospital safety, infection control, and compliance procedures while handling medical supplies.
