Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Drive store sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products. Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and current promotions. Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is well-organized, attractive, and stocked. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Support the store management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals. Requirements Previous experience as a Retail Sales Associate , preferably in a senior or lead capacity. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and providing outstanding customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong product knowledge and a genuine interest in the retail industry. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
