What We Are Looking For We’re seeking an entrepreneurial and proactive leader with a passion for both animal care and client service to take on the role of Hospital Manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building a brand‑new practice from the ground up, from shaping clinic operations to assembling a high‑performing team. Ideal Candidates Will Have Veterinary experience (highly preferred) A passion for growing and developing leaders A tenacious, resilient leadership style with the grit to lead through change and go above and beyond for their team Strong management experience with a proven track record of growth within a practice What You'll Bring To The Team Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results. A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture. Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills. Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
