Shift Timings: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Summary:

• Perform warehouse records storage and retrieval operations
• Lift, move, and organize records storage boxes throughout the workday
• Support inventory management and records retention activities
• Maintain accurate organization of warehouse records
• Operate warehouse equipment safely after training

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift and move records storage boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Shelve incoming storage box deliveries
• Remove records that have reached retention expiration
• Pull requested records from storage boxes
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
• Follow warehouse safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse operations as assigned

Required Skills:

• Ability to lift heavy boxes throughout the workday
• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Basic warehouse or inventory handling knowledge
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Equipment Used:

• Electric pallet jacks
• Single-man lift equipment
• Warehouse storage equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive material handling tasks
• Work safely in a warehouse environment
