Promotes coordination of the team. Provides advanced support to technical staff within laboratory departments by performing manual pretesting procedures, including waived testing as required. Assists with specimen handling and preparation, and contributes to efficient lab operations through technical and administrative support. Demonstrates a high level of competency and autonomy in laboratory tasks.Minimum Qualifications:Education: Essential: * HS Graduate or Equivalent GED Nonessential: * Technical Program Completion or Degree * Associates Degree Education specialization: Nonessential: * Science Education equivalent experience: Essential: * Required - High School or Equivalent; Preferred - Technical - Science; Preferred - Associates -Credentials: Essential: * Credential Requirements in Comments Credential equivalent experience: Essential: * Required - Driver's License - If applicable; Required - ASPT (Phlebotomy Technicians) - If applicable; Required - ASCP (Phlebotomy Technicians) - If applicable; Or - AMT (Phlebotomy Technicians) - If applicableExperience: Essential: * Related FieldFacility: BayCare Health System, Pathology Services-SJHLocation: St Josephs Main and ChildrensStatus: Full Time, Exempt: NoShift Hours: 12:00 am to 8:30 am.
