Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic PT | Broomall, PA | Up to $125K + Sign-On Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide hands-on outpatient physical therapy services with focus on orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal physical therapy practice regulations
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Job Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred but not required
• New graduate Physical Therapists encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual base salary: $81,000 - $125,000 (based on experience)
