Compensation:

• $32.00–$35.00 per hour (initial rate)

• • $4.00 shift differential

As a Unit Manager - LPN, your role will involve ensuring the delivery of compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare while achieving favorable clinical outcomes, as well as patient, family, and employee satisfaction within your designated unit.

• Work in partnership with the Director of Nursing to ensure sufficient nursing coverage for safe care delivery.
• Offer professional guidance and oversight to non-professional staff within the unit.
• Assess the educational needs of the staff and collaborate with the Nurse Educator to develop relevant training programs.
• Manage medication protocols to ensure adequate supplies and compliance with organizational policies.
• Provide direct patient care alongside other nursing staff to maintain clinical skills.

• Graduation from an accredited licensed practical nursing program.
• Current licensure from the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the relevant state.
• A minimum of one year of experience in nurse management is required.
• Must hold a current BLS/CPR certification.

Posted Salary Range: USD $28.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $10,000.00
