As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in our team of healthcare professionals working together to deliver exceptional care. About the Role As an LPN at Carriage House Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing care to residents by performing a variety of treatments, administering medications, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants. You will also be involved in training new personnel and accurately recording resident behaviors in clinical records.
