PFC Clinician

Location: Bergen and Essex County Flexible Schedule: Build Your Own Schedule! This is a per-diem role. Hourly: $63 per hour for LAC or LSW; $73 per hour for LCSW or LPC What We Offer: Free Clinical Supervision Employee Discount and Rewards Program Travel Reimbursement Job Summary: As a Clinician in our Partnership for Children department, you will provide in-home services to children, adolescents, and their families to increase family stabilization. This is a great learning experience to gain in-depth, intensive, and hands‑on insight into the homes of clients and the dynamics that affect their daily lives. You will gain a holistic perspective that will better equip you in assisting the family unit in living up to their full potential and utilize various evidence‑based modalities (such as CBT, MI, etc.) to aid in the mental health recovery journey of your clients. What You Will Do: Provide short‑term in‑home counseling services to children and families who are presenting with behavioral and relational challenges Document in designated electronic health record promptly Communicate and collaborate with system partners, children's families, and team members to benefit youth and families Provide individual and family therapy to establish family stabilization Implement evidence‑based interventions (such as CBT, MI, etc.) and assessments to help individuals achieve their treatment goals, link to community resources, and provide inter‑agency coordination of treatment. What We Are Looking For: A licensed or provisionally licensed LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Bilingual (Spanish, Korean, or Polish), ABA, or sign language a plus One (1) year of work experience with children and adolescent populations A valid driver's license and must be insurable under Agency's automobile insurance policy Care Plus follows Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, et seq and NJ Law Against Discrimination.
