RN Resident - Labor and Delivery

Job Description Providence is looking for a Registered Nurse Resident to join Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, OR. A RN Resident within Providence Health and Services is defined as a new graduate nurse with up to 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse. This posting represents one full‑time, NIGHT shift position (7pm‑7:30am, 3, 12‑hour shifts per week) within the Labor and Delivery Unit. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider NRP – American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less. Preferred Qualifications Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated.
