Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management About the Company Leading health care management company with 6,000+ customers nationwide. Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Revenue Cycle Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial and budgetary ownership of the RCM division, including P&L co-ownership, budget and cost control, and financial benchmarking. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of reimbursement, payer dynamics, and revenue optimization. The VP will also be tasked with long-range modeling, cash optimization, payer trend analysis, and self-pay strategy. Additionally, the role involves overseeing accounting, compliance, and integration, as well as driving efficiency through tech and automation ROI. Applicants for the VP of Revenue Cycle Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a CPA being a plus, and at least 10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle and financial leadership roles. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in financial and budgetary management, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The VP will be the primary financial representative of the RCM division, engaging with executive leadership and the Board of Directors. A key aspect of the role is to cultivate a performance-driven culture with a focus on data-driven accountability across the revenue cycle lifecycle.
