Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a mid-shift position, working 4x10 hour evenings from 15:00 to 01:30. The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency department settings, as well as the ability to work independently after midnight.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform CT scans for emergency department patients and inpatients.Administer contrast media as needed for various procedures.Maintain compliance with safety protocols and patient care standards.Document all procedures accurately and in a timely manner.QualificationsActive Washington State Radiological Technologist Certification is required.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in CT imaging.Current certifications in BLS and ARRT required.Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred.Technical SkillsProficient in 3D rendering techniques, including maximum intensity projection and volume rendering.Experience with CT imaging of various body parts, including abdomen, chest, and head, both with and without contrast.Ability to prepare and start peripheral IVs.Familiarity with hospital protocols for isolation precautions and patient safety.Work EnvironmentThis position will involve working in a fast-paced environment with an average daily census of 240 patients and 349 beds available. Interdisciplinary support teams include IV teams, respiratory services, and rapid response teams to ensure optimal patient care.Schedule and AvailabilityThis position requires flexibility, with a schedule of four days per week, including evenings.
