Team Leader, Community Supported Living Hands-On Mentor

GT Independence, LLC is seeking a Team Leader for the Community Supported Living (WI) program. The role involves guiding Direct Support Staff, following care plans, and providing hands-on support to clients in CSL settings.

On-site, full-time position in Antigo, WI. The Team Leader will work closely with the CSL Manager, Case Managers, and community partners to ensure quality service and effective implementation of the member’s care plan.
