Remote Role!About the jobSupport enterprise technology operations across the U.S. by overseeing complex deployments, infrastructure design, and large-scale unit openings. This role provides technical leadership across segments, ensures compliance with security standards, and partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain consistent, high performing technology environments.Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.Pay Range: $115940  - $180070 Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salaryWhat’s in it for youLead multi-site technology deployments, installations, and network implementations across diverse segments.Serve as a guide to medium sized technical teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.Serve as the escalation point for field support, resolving advanced technical issues.Oversee PCI compliance initiatives and support security audits across the enterprise.Maintain and evolve segment specific technology catalogues and deployment standards.Partner with sales and operational teams to align infrastructure with business requirements.Collaborate with third party vendors to coordinate rollouts and stay current on emerging hardware solutions.What you’ll bring Experience managing complex technology projects, including network design and large-scale rollouts.Knowledge of PCI compliance standards and enterprise security requirements.Experience leading technical teams and coordinating cross functional stakeholders.Proficiency in project management practices and infrastructure deployment planning.Clear communication skills and sound judgment when serving as a technical escalation resource.RequirementsEducation Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceManagement Experience: 5 yearsRelated Experience: 5 yearsWhat we offerCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
