AdvanSix strives to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and differentiated products in the industries of nylon solutions, chemical intermediates, and plant nutrients, guided by our core values of Safety, Integrity, Accountability and Respect.Position Summary: The Packout Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for partnering with maintenance, reliability, and maintenance excellence groups to drive equipment reliability through the asset risk management process, reliability control plan implementation, and the maintenance/operations work management process.Duties and Responsibilities:Communicate, prioritize, and schedule Area maintenance needsCreate and manage Area work notifications in S4 Hana (SAP)Coordinate capital contractor work with production and maintenance planningCoordinate inspections and repairs to ensure Area PSM / regulatory / ISO complianceManage steam trap/leak programTrack equipment rotation and lubrication programsIdentify insulation priority needs (incl. winterization)Participate in Area Q/P (Quality/Productive) meetings and support productivity initiativesCommunicate weekly maintenance and construction schedule to the Shift Leaders including any required permitsResponsible for production-related contract services coordinationCoordinate indirect material needs through Production Controls CoordinatorEnsure operations are within cost center budgetsCoordinate with the FLS (First Line Supervisor) to monitor work in progress and understand issues impacting the jobAssist Production Leaders and Shift Leaders in process troubleshootingManage relevant KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)Provide relief support as requiredReview SOP for accuracy and validation of paper to fieldMentor shift leaders and engineers in area processes as necessaryOther duties as requiredBasic Qualifications:High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred3 years of experience with maintenance coordination or planningExperience working with circulating pumps, conveyors, elevators, and/or machinery operationsPreferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing preferredStrong skills in S4/HANA, Microsoft Office, and Production Loss Accounting ToolsAdditional Qualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProject management experience preferredDemonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organizationDemonstrated ability to use influencing skills to accomplish goals and objectivesDemonstrated ability to generate and implement work process improvementsAble to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledgeable in repair techniques for a broad application of equipmentDemonstrated ability to coordinate repairsDemonstrated ability to work in a team environmentStrong computer skillsUnderstanding of Maintenance Excellence ProtocolsKnowledge of repair techniques for a broad application of equipmentProficient in Six Sigma tools and Lean Concepts for business process improvementMust be highly motivated, self-directed individual with excellent interpersonal and presentation skillsThe base salary range for this position is $76,000 to $114,000 annually.We offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include periodic pay rate adjustments based on market competitiveness. Hired applicants will be eligible for paid holidays, paid time off including vacation, eligibility to purchase company stock, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K with a competitive company match. The final offer will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, the responsibilities of the job, experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as the job location, applicability of a collective bargaining agreement, length of service, internal equity, and alignment with market data. The incentive pay is dependent on your role, business results and individual performance.
