Claims Processing SpecialistLaSalle Network is recruiting on behalf of a premier organization to bring on a Claims Processing Specialist for their downtown Chicago team! Responsibilities include:Process up to 200 medical claims daily after trainingReview and verify insurance benefits eligibility, particularly for Blue CrossSubmit and audit CMS 1500 claim formsMaintain prompt attendance, arriving by 7:45 AM dailyQualifications include:Previous experience in medical claims processingFamiliarity with Blue Cross and other commercial insurersStrong working knowledge of CMS 1500 formsSpanish-speaking ability a plusReliable commute to the Chicago office (River North); public transit highly encouragedMust successfully pass a background checkKey details include:Employment Type: Contract-to-HireCompensation: $19 – $20 hourlyBenefits (Contract): LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
