Senior Director, VSC Claims

Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Senior Director, VSC Claims to join a large-scale claims organization. Ou seeking a high-impact operations leader to rebuild and optimize its Vehicle Service Contract Claims function, leading over 100 team members across a growing organization. This is a true transformation mandate with executive visibility, budget support, and the opportunity to redesign people, processes, systems, and culture.



Role: Senior Director, VSC Claims

Location : Greenville, SC

Onsite: 100% onsite in Greenville, SC

Travel: periodic travel to ATL

Job Type: permanent

Pay: $150,000 - $170,000 annually bonus



What You'll Own:

• End-to-end VSC claims operations performance
• Claims financial outcomes, leakage reduction, QA governance, and operational controls
• Workflow redesign, automation initiatives, AI enablement, and systems improvements
• Capacity planning, productivity, cost-per-claim, SLA performance, and team development
• Cross-functional partnership with IT, Risk, Finance, and executive leadership

What You Bring:

• 10 years of operations/claims leadership experience
• 7 years leading large teams (75 FTE)
• Strong financial acumen (loss ratios, severity, expense discipline)
• Experience transforming claims workflows, QA, controls, and automation
• Working knowledge of automotive mechanics / vehicle service claims preferred
• Executive presence with a data-driven, accountability-focused leadership style
