Location: Orlando, FL

Schedule: 1st shift - Manufacturing/Production Environment
Build Your Career in Electronic Manufacturing!We are looking for Solder Assemblers I–V to join our growing manufacturing team in Orlando. Whether you have entry-level soldering experience or advanced electronic assembly skills, we have opportunities for multiple experience levels with room to grow and advance.
What You’ll Do- Perform precision hand soldering and electronic assembly.
- Assemble through-hole and surface-mount components, including 0402 and larger.
- Read and follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
- Use soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, torque tools, calipers, microscopes, and other precision equipment.
- Perform soldering, rework, tinning, wicking, testing, and inspection.
- Follow ESD, quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Cross-train and support other production areas as needed.
- Advanced levels may mentor, train, and assist with production coordination and process improvements.
Solder Assembler I
- Basic soldering skills required.
- Manufacturing or electronic assembly experience is a plus.
Solder Assembler II
- 1+ year of soldering experience.
Solder Assembler III–IV
- 2+ years of soldering experience with advanced assembly knowledge.
- Experience with J-STD-001 and space-level assembly is preferred for higher levels.
Solder Assembler V
- 5+ years of advanced soldering experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to mentor/train others.
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Comfortable working with small components and precision tools.
- Able to follow detailed written instructions.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and quality-focused.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification is a plus.
