We are currently seeking dynamic, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to provide an exceptional buying experience for our customers and help them find the best vehicle options. Key Responsibilities: Prospect for new clients and establish long-term customer relationships Engage with customers to determine their vehicle needs through active listening and asking insightful questions Conduct vehicle demonstrations, including test drives, to highlight the features and benefits of our vehicles Guide customers through every aspect of the sales process, from selection to delivery Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and meeting sales performance targets Stay informed on industry trends and continuously expand product knowledge to better serve our customers Collaborate with management and contribute to a team-oriented environment Build rapport with customers and earn their trust through empathy, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication Desired Attributes: Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members Active listening to understand and meet customer needs Strong product knowledge to confidently answer questions and guide customers in their purchasing decisions Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers Empathy and a genuine passion for cars, creating a positive buying experience Negotiation skills to handle pricing and deal terms effectively Customer-centric approach ensuring satisfaction throughout the entire sales process Persistence and adaptability to overcome challenges and meet changing demands Qualifications: Desire to exceed customer expectations and provide top-tier service High school diploma or equivalent Professional personal appearance and a positive attitude Bilingual skills are a plus but not required Previous sales experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidates We Offer: Pay range for this position:$45,000 - $200,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education.
