Information Technology Manager

Looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Manager to join a high-growth, global technology company building next-generation platforms powered by AI, automation, and intelligent customer experiences. This position sits at the intersection of engineering leadership and cloud governance. You’ll lead a distributed team focused on identity and access management, cloud compliance, and integrating newly acquired environments into a unified, secure platform. The goal is to enable fast-moving product teams while maintaining strong control, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. What You’ll Be Doing Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of engineers, driving consistent delivery and a high-performance culture Oversee a broad portfolio of initiatives including governance frameworks, audit support, and automation for product engineering teams Collaborate with Corporate Development, Security, and Engineering stakeholders during acquisitions to assess risk and implement scalable guardrails Drive operational excellence across reliability, risk management, incident response, and on-call practices Communicate priorities, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership Partner closely with senior infrastructure leadership to shape roadmap and organisational growth What They’re Looking For 3+ years in an engineering management role, with a prior hands-on technical background Strong experience managing enterprise AWS environments, including governance and security best practices Solid understanding of modern DevOps approaches such as Infrastructure as Code and GitOps Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Security, and senior leadership teams Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate trade-offs and technical decisions Experience working within regulated environments and supporting frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, or similar Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and how to apply them responsibly in engineering workflows Experience working across multiple cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP) #J-18808-Ljbffr
