Body Mechanics Physical Therapy is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist for a staff-level role at an established 30-year private practice in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Full-time is preferred, and clinicians of all experience levels are welcome, including new graduates. Manual therapy and dry needling experience is preferred, and motivated candidates without this training are encouraged to apply as the practice provides support and training to develop these skills.

About the Role

You will treat a primarily general outpatient orthopedic caseload for patients of all ages, with a focus on manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, pain science, and corrective exercise. All care is one-on-one with no aides utilized, typically seeing 6 to 8 patients per day in 45 to 60-minute sessions. Treatment takes place in private treatment rooms and open gym space equipped with standard equipment and an AlterG Antigravity treadmill. Experienced front desk administrators handle administrative tasks so you can focus entirely on patient care. There is also an opportunity to mentor in a developing orthopedic residency program.

Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 6:00pm and Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Physical Therapists typically work two early and two later shifts, with schedule flexibility available.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary range for a full-time position is $75,000 to $95,000 per year based on productivity. Benefits include a Simple IRA with company match that is fully vested, student loan repayment, a QSEHRA plan with monthly employer contributions for copays, deductibles, premiums, and out-of-pocket expenses, in-house training and skills mentoring, continuing education reimbursement, and MedBridge access.

Qualifications

A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent standing is required. Candidates must be eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist. One year of experience is preferred but not required. Manual therapy and dry needling experience is preferred, and motivated candidates without this background are encouraged to apply. Full-time availability is preferred, and candidates with 30 or more hours across three days per week will also be considered.
