This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.Job DutiesLoad, unload, and transport pepper mash barrels using forklifts or other equipmentStore and organize mash barrels in designated warehouse areasAssist with inventory tracking and documentation of mash batchesInspect barrels for leaks, damage, or quality concernsFollow proper handling procedures for aged mash (including rotation and staging)Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environmentEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Forklift certification or ability to obtain.Experience RequirementsAbility to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.Preferred Qualifications1-3 years of previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
