• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are heard.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong defense strategies.
• Engage in courtroom advocacy, presenting cases with clarity and conviction.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal advice.
• Prepare and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court procedures.
• Negotiate plea agreements and settlements, striving for the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Stay updated on legal developments and integrate new knowledge into practice for continuous improvement in defense strategies and client service delivery.
