About the Role We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Brand & Marketing Designer to help us scale our visual identity, evolve our brand, and support the marketing and product design teams in telling a clear, cohesive story across every touchpoint. This is a key role for someone who thrives on building systems, loves working across functions, and wants to shape how the brand shows up as we grow. Responsibilities Work closely with the marketing team to design and maintain scalable templates and toolkits that enable consistent, high-quality execution across channels. Partner with product designers to ensure brand consistency and coherence across the product experience Design and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use across internal and external touchpoints Own and evolve the brand identity of ai.work, treating the brand as a living system that matures over time Design web assets and collaborate on the website experience (Framer experience is a strong plus) Qualifications 4+ years in web and brand design—ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS or creative agency setting A portfolio of exceptional digital work across brand identity, marketing, and web Expert in Figma, with a deep understanding of UI design systems and best practices Bonus: Experience with Framer. The expected base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
