Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) seeks a Youth Care Worker to provide trauma-informed residential care for unaccompanied children in Texas. You will help create a safe, structured environment that supports their social and emotional well-being while meeting daily needs with patience and respect. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver educational, recreational, medical, and therapeutic services and respond to behavioral needs, including emergency interventions when #J-18808-Ljbffr
