California Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (Nights)

Location: Arcata, California

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts weekly (36 hours guaranteed).

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated California Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room to join our team for the night shifts. This role requires a skilled professional who can handle high-pressure situations and provide excellent patient care during their shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients in the emergency room.
Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active California RN license.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of contract start date.
