The organization offers intensive outpatient programs (IOP), therapy and psychiatry services. Care is provided both in person at locations in Colorado Springs and through fully virtual appointments, giving clients flexible access to support. Role Description The Mental Health Therapist is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Colorado Springs Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The therapist will provide individual, family, and couples therapy both in person and via telehealth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, coordinating care with psychiatry and other providers, and monitoring client progress. The therapist will maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in case conferences, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support quality care. Additional responsibilities may include crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and contributing to program development as the facility grows. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management to support coordinated, goal-oriented care. Experience in Mental Health and Social Work, including assessment, diagnosis within scope of practice, and resource navigation. Competence in Family Therapy and related modalities to address relational dynamics and support client systems. Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Experience providing therapy in outpatient or IOP settings, including telehealth-based care. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
