INFINITI of Cincinnati is looking for motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team. If you’re an experienced automotive salesperson—or have a successful background in sales or customer service—we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do

• Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Build relationships with new and returning customers
• Present vehicle features, technology, and benefits
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers
• Maintain relationships with customers after the sale
• Stay knowledgeable about inventory, incentives, and promotions
• Work toward individual and dealership sales goals
• Deliver the premium customer experience expected from the INFINITI brand

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable talking with customers and asking for the sale
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
