Provider Network Ambassador

Role Description

Provider Relations is responsible for provider relationship management and the performance of high-quality, cost-effective, and competitive provider networks across multiple lines of business to support the retention and growth of Delta Dental’s business.

The Provider Network Ambassador serves as a trusted representative of Delta Dental within the provider community, helping create a best-in-class provider experience. This role is responsible for:

• Cultivating strong provider relationships
• Supporting network stability and performance
• Partnering with providers and dental office staff to ensure exceptional service to our enrollees

The role encompasses a broad range of provider relations activities and service interactions with provider partners nationwide while collaborating closely with internal business partners across the enterprise.
