Family owned and operated roofing company   is seeking a Superintendent to oversee team performance, quality and safety standards for our roofing projects.

  Essential job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to...

• Supervise field staff and oversee staff performance.

• Perform performance evaluations and address performance issues.

• Partner with Re- Roofing  Manager/Project Coordinator to ensure customer expectations and project milestones are met.

• Visit job sites daily and be responsible for job outcomes, productivity and overall project performance.

• Interface directly with customers at project sites to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve/prevent project issues.

• Conduct safety meetings on a regular basis, inspect equipment to ensure safety standards are met.  

• Track and monitor project progress and communicate status regularly with management.

• Train all employees on roofing procedures and best practices.

• Implement improved roofing processes to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization  

• Perform inspections of completed jobs to ensure quality standards are met.

• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 5+ years of Residential Roofing  Experience and knowledge of all types of low/steep slope roof systems.

• Ability to manage multiple teams in multiple locations.

• Leadership experience with roofing teams, excellent problem solving and team building ability.

• Exemplary team work attitude and collaborative work style.

• Professional customer service manner and relationship building skills.

• Basic computer skills

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record to drive company vehicle to client sites ,material vendors as needed.

*Must possess ability to lift 75 lbs. while climbing up and down ladders from roof*

* Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test*

*Bi-lingual a plus!*

Full time job, Monday  thru Friday 7am-4pm  starting salary $65,000 per year
