Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Washington State
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification
• Experience working in school-based or teletherapy settings preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt methods and therapies for a variety of age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services for students with diverse developmental and physical needs
• Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities as appropriate
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and support IEP development
• Collaborate and consult with staff on accommodations, interventions, and classroom integration

Position Details:

• Contract role beginning as soon as possible
• Runs through June 11th, 2027
• 35-hour workweek, following the school calendar
