RV Sales Associate

RV Sales Associate Want to be part of a team that works hard, supports one another, and celebrates success? Are you passionate about helping people find the perfect vehicle for adventure and exploration? Miller's RV is looking for a dynamic and motivated RV Sales Associate to join our growing team! This is a full-time position with competitive pay, benefits, and a fantastic opportunity to grow with a company that values integrity, customer service, and teamwork.
What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage prospective customers on the lot and in the showroom
- Determine customer needs and recommend RV models that match their lifestyle and budget
- Conduct walkarounds and tours of RVs, highlighting key features and benefits
- Work with the sales and finance teams to complete paperwork, financing options, and delivery processes
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, and CRM systems
- Stay informed on inventory, product specifications, and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to meet dealership sales goals
- Proven sales experience required (automotive, RV, real estate, or similar preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-driven attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and explain complex product features confidently
- Willingness to work outdoors and be on your feet large parts of the day
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday (with one day off/week and one Saturday off/month)
