Our Full Time Opening Shift Leader is one of the most important people in the operation of our restaurant. They work 6:00 am to 2:00 pm or 7 am to 3 pm five days a week, opening our restaurants. Opening responsibilities are baking bread and prepping fresh produce. This position requires candidates to be reliable to the highest extent. Participation in tip share on a bi-weekly basis. Other aspects of this position (once the restaurant is opened) include: Learn how to lead and run excellent shifts. Delivering top quality food. Enjoy customer service the Jersey Mikes way. Using communication skills to motivate team members. Role modeling a sense of urgency. Embracing Jersey Mikes policies and procedures. A Shift Leader is expected to: Work 30+ hours a week. Have the ability to get to and from work in a timely manner. Maintain open communication with the AGM and GM. Lead your team by example. Embracing our standards at Jersey Mikes. Medical benefits are offered for this position upon completion of our four-week training program.
