Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab / EP setting within an acute care hospital environment
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed, with a required 30-minute response time; call shifts may average approximately 10 shifts within a 6-week period, including one weekend of call
• Fulfill weekend shift requirements, with 4 weekend shifts expected per contract period
• Commit to working a defined number of designated holidays as required by the facility
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for accurate and timely clinical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission (pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum of 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab or EP experience required; 2 years preferred
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required
• First-time travelers are not accepted for this assignment
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify under travel guidelines
• Must be available for on-call shifts based on unit needs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Interventional Radiology (IR) experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Epic charting system preferred
