FedEx Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) - $20/hr Paid Weekly | Sioux City, IA

Looking for a reliable Delivery Driver job near Sioux City, IA? Join Black Hawk Transport Inc., a FedEx contractor, where safety comes first and drivers are valued. If you're dependable, enjoy being active, and take pride in great service, we'd love to have you on our team. Average routes include approximately 100 stops per day across rural and residential delivery areas.

Pay & Benefits

$20.00 per hour (paid weekly)
Quarterly bonus up to $750

Schedule & Hours

Start time: 8:30 AM until route completion
Full-Time positions available
Tuesday-Saturday (5-day schedule) OR
Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday (4-day / 10-hour schedule)
Operations run Monday-Saturday

Key Responsibilities

Arrive at the FedEx terminal on time to load packages and begin your route
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Safely operate a delivery vehicle
Deliver and scan packages accurately and efficiently
Use GPS navigation to complete deliveries
Handle packages up to 150 lbs safely

Required Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver's license required
Driving experience, courier experience, package delivery experience, or manual labor experience preferred
Able to lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Must be willing to submit to a background check, Motor Vehicle Report review, drug test, and DOT physical exam (paid for by employer)
CDL not required
