Account Manager – Central Territory Location: Chicago, Illinois; Louisville, Kentucky; Albuquerque, New Mexico or El Paso, Texas. Achieve sales revenue targets within the designated territory. Manage the entire sales process, including customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, training clinical staff and distributors, and supporting Aerogen distributors. Account Manager – Pacific Territory Location: Sacramento, California; Los Angeles, California; Las Vegas, Nevada or Salt Lake City, Utah. Achieve sales revenue targets within the designated territory. Accounts Receivable Coordinator Department: Finance – North America Ensure timely and accurate customer billing, collections, and account reconciliation. Maintain strong customer relationships and manage AR processes in accordance with company policies. Contribute to an efficient cash collection cycle. Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support revenue accuracy and operational excellence. Associate Clinical Educator, Southeast France Department: Commercial‑EMEA; Location: France. Deliver clinical education enabling healthcare professionals to use Aerogen technologies safely and effectively across the Aerogen product portfolio. Collaborate with Account or Territory Managers and the wider commercial team to design and deliver clinical education. Support implementation and integration of Aerogen therapies within hospital departments. Build confidence in clinicians to independently deliver clinical education and adopt Aerogen therapies. Lead Aerogen’s Clinical Affairs Team in delivering clinical data development, leveraging strategies, and supporting marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory teams. Ensure effective safety, compliance, pharmacovigilance, and optimise labelling and evidence‑based claims. Clinical and Sales Specialist, Argentina (Buenos Aires) Location: Argentina. Drive Aerogen’s commercial success in Argentina, focusing on the Buenos Aires region. Integrate sales activities, clinical support, and strategic planning to strengthen relationships with current customers. Identify and develop new business opportunities while delivering clinical training. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs. Manage and support partnerships with distributors. Provide ongoing customer training and education to support revenue growth. Apply flexibility, critical thinking, creativity, drive, and determination to tackle new challenges. Country Sales Manager – Mexico Drive Aerogen’s commercial and clinical performance in Mexico. Combine strategic planning, sales leadership, and clinical expertise to develop a strong market presence. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, especially Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory. Manage and support distributor relationships. Country Sales Manager – Brazil Drive Aerogen’s commercial and clinical performance in the Brazilian territory. Combine strategic planning, sales leadership, and clinical expertise to develop a strong market presence. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, especially Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory. Manage and support distributor relationships. EHS Graduate Support the Environmental, Health & Safety function in developing, implementing, and continuously improving EHS systems across the organisation. Assist in driving EHS compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and corporate EHS standards. Coordinate EHS administration and support risk management activities. Facilitate training and contribute to site‑level and global EHS initiatives. Gain hands‑on experience across multiple manufacturing sites (Dangan, Parkmore, Shannon). Global Financial, Planning & Analysis Manager Department: Finance; Location: Ireland – Galway. Lead the high‑performing Financial Planning & Analysis team. Partner with Senior Business Leaders and other Finance colleagues to strengthen financial discipline. Deliver high‑impact insight and support strategic decision making across the organisation. Graduate Planner – Systems and Analytics Focus Department: Operations; Location: Ireland – Galway/Shannon. Support production planning and procurement activities to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery. Coordinate schedules, monitor inventory levels, and assist in purchasing processes. Emphasise data accuracy, ERP/MRP systems, and digital tools. Ideal for a graduate interested in IT systems, data analysis, and process automation. Maintenance Technician – Shift (9 Month FTC) Location: Ireland – Parkmore. Develop and implement efficient production processes that deliver consistent quality and maximise volume. Analyse and troubleshoot existing processes to identify improvement areas. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise production and meet business goals. Systems Engineer – Manufacturing Department: Manufacturing – Manufacturing Strategy; Location: Ireland – Shannon. Lead multi‑disciplinary project teams delivering manufacturing engineering, engineering systems, and digitalisation projects related to MES, ERP, and other systems. Work closely with IT, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Engineering, and Supply Chain. Marketing Manager Develop and drive Aerogen brand awareness strategy and generate leads for broad adoption and utilisation of Aerogen technology. Report to the Commercial Director/Senior Marketing Manager. Partner with sales leadership, global marketing, Clinical Education Manager, medical affairs, global cross‑functional partners, and third‑party vendors. Procurement Manager – Drug and Device/Drug Combination Products Develop and execute sourcing and supplier strategies for pharmaceutical products, including device–drug combination categories. Partner closely with Technical, Quality, Supply Chain, and internal/external consultants. Translate regulatory and product requirements into resilient, compliant, and cost‑effective supply chain solutions. Regional Marketing Specialist MEA & Turkey Department: Commercial‑EMEA; Location: KSA. Create Aerogen brand awareness strategy and generate leads for broad adoption and utilisation of Aerogen technology in the region. Work in strong partnership with sales leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, global cross‑functional partners, and third‑party vendors. Regional People Operations Lead (EMEA & APAC) Department: People & Organisational Development; Location: Ireland – Galway. Deliver Aerogen’s People strategy by building scalable People Operations practices across multiple regions. Partner with People Business Partners and Business Leaders. Ensure compliance across jurisdictions and improve employee experience. Leverage people data and optimise people operations. Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Location: USA. Lead a sales team to meet revenue targets within the defined region. Lead hiring, development, and management of team members to implement growth strategies and initiatives. Sr. Business Strategy Manager Strategic commercial role responsible for Aerogen's American growth strategy identification, revenue acceleration plans, and leadership within the North American Leadership Team. Partner closely with local and global teams to enable rapid development of strategies, intelligence, programs, and business objectives. Senior Director of Quality Assurance Develop and maintain quality business strategy and quality management system compliant with FDA drugs, biologics, and combination products, with awareness of ISO 13485. Establish cross‑functional roles and responsibilities and execute strategic imperatives. Lead an internal QA organization of 3–4 individuals and strategic consultants. Provide signatory authorization for control documentation and final product disposition. Investigate and resolve product quality and compliance issues. Oversee clinical quality assurance (GCP). Report to Aerogen Pharma CEO; located in Morrisville, NC. Senior Manager, Global Regulatory Affairs Department: Pharmaceutical; Location: USA. Operate successfully in a fast‑moving, small‑company environment. Shape regulatory path for a biologic‑device combination product and drive critical day‑to‑day deliverables. Work closely with leadership to define practical regulatory plans. Deliver documents, timelines, and cross‑functional coordination needed to execute them. Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Design, develop, and verify Aerogen’s aerosol drug delivery products across hospital, homecare, and emergency care settings. Directly impact patient outcomes by developing high‑performance medical technologies. Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Japan Ensure safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices by engaging with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, regulators, and partners. Support evidence generation and contribute to educational and scientific exchange activities. Senior Operational Excellence Engineer II Location: Ireland – Shannon/Galway. Drive performance improvement across manufacturing operations through lean principles, industrial engineering methodologies, and strategies. Translate business strategy into executable initiatives by optimizing flow, establishing standard times, and improving capacity and space utilisation. Lead value‑stream analysis, future‑state designs, and implement lean systems with digital (Lean 4.0) capabilities. Support deployment of strategic priorities through aligned project portfolios to achieve tangible business impact. Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist II (Strategic Regulatory) Department: QA/RA; Location: Ireland – Galway. Work as part of Aerogen’s Global Strategic Regulatory Affairs team to establish and execute regulatory strategies.
