Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred, Patient ratio experience of 1, Travel experience required, Charting system experience preferred

Description: This position requires a Cath Lab Tech with the ability to provide care in a fast-paced environment. The role involves on-call duties, including 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month. A total of 64 on-call hours may be required each month if needed. On-call requirements are subject to change based on staffing needs and holidays. Floating may be required based on facility needs. Time off during major holidays and holiday weekends will not be accommodated. Candidates must be able to manage patient care efficiently, including hemodynamic monitoring and accurate monitoring during procedures. Skills required include proficiency in angioplasty, stent placement, and various cardiac procedures. The daily patient census is approximately 15 patients with a maximum of 4 rooms. The position involves interdisciplinary support from respiratory services and pharmacy, among others. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining inventory and equipment. Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias and appropriate interventions are essential components of the role. Preferred experience includes familiarity with Cerner charting system. Candidates should commit to ongoing professional development and training.
