Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift

Location

Newport, Vermont

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend.

Job Description

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist and provide critical care in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. This position is essential in delivering high-quality patient care during night shifts, ensuring the respiratory health of our patients in a supportive and community-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions.
• Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
• Maintain patient records and documentation as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Key certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
