Wage Range: $267,592 - $346,965 per year Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.

You are invited to join our stellar Geriatric Medicine team at EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA. Must be board-eligible/board-certified Geriatrician. As a Geriatrician at EvergreenHealth, you will play a vital role in providing specialized medical care to our senior community. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents while handling a range of services. The Geriatrician will diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions specific to the geriatric population, provide comprehensive care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for older adults
• Focus on management of polypharmacy
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and specialists to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Provide guidance and education to staff, patients, and their families on geriatric care
• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings
